Having a cafe meant sourcing fresh beans that added a point of difference to our coffee. There are some fabulous roasters out there but to truly bring a unique choice and flavour we decided to try our hand at roasting our own beans and creating our own blends.
Turns out we’re pretty damn good at it too.
We now supply not only our two cafés but ?? other restaurants and cafes plus hundreds of households through our retail sales.
Our roasting equipment and operation are right here in the highlands with quality and consistency being our major focus.
